I’m an experienced cruise ship guide, so can pick you up from your ship’s free shuttle if docked at Holyhead Port or meet you off the tender at Holyhead Marina if your ship tenders into port. I’ll then take you on a private full day tour, put together just for you. You can avoid places you’re not keen on and visit only those you like. All tours are guided by me or my trusted and fully qualified guide colleagues. We all have a wealth of knowledge and are proud to be able to introduce you to our own unique language of Welsh.
You can pay me by PayPal or bank transfer and I can help with recommendations for lunch, castle tours, stately homes, gardens etc which you can book direct to avoid any additional commission charges. As I prefer to give you the best tour possible, I always have a separate uniformed driver and don’t drive and guide at the same time, so I can concentrate on you, whilst the driver keeps us safe on the road.
Please browse this site to find the type of tour you are interested in and then I will put something together for you to consider. Please bear in mind that a tour for just 2 people will cost much more than a tour for 8 or 10 as I charge per tour not per person, so do try to join up with a small group of your fellow cruise passengers to get the best deal for all of you. The advantage of not joining main ship tours is flexibility to do what YOU like throughout the tour plus it’s cost effective as there are no 3rd party commissions added to your tour cost. We can stop when you want or continue longer in a stop if you’re loving it.
Note gratuities for driver and guides are not included in any tour. They are of course greatly appreciated!
